We have probably invested about $150,000 into improvements like electrical systems, additional bathrooms, etc. also we have paid off $206,000 of the mortgage leaving a balance of $64,000. The last week of 2017 God led someone to pay off the balance! GRACE CHURCH IS DEBT FREE!!! This Sunday we will celebrate by burning the mortgage.
